ALL FLANGED TAPERS (CONCENTRIC & ECENTRIC)
Kejriwal Castings manufactures All Flanged Tapers (Double Flanged Reducers) for changing pipe diameter in flanged pipelines.
1. Concentric All Flanged Taper
- Both ends are flanged
- Centre line remains straight (symmetrical reduction)
- Ideal for maintaining uniform flow and pressure
2. Eccentric All Flanged Taper
- Both ends are flanged
- One side is flat (offset reduction)
- Keeps the invert (bottom level) the same on both sides
Key Features (Both Types):
- Made from high-strength Ductile Iron
- Available in PN-10, PN-16, PN-25 & PN-40 ratings
- Used for reducing or increasing pipe diameter while maintaining rigid flanged connections
Applications:
- Pump stations, valve chambers, and treatment plants
