ALL FLANGED TAPERS (CONCENTRIC & ECENTRIC)

Kejriwal Castings manufactures All Flanged Tapers (Double Flanged Reducers) for changing pipe diameter in flanged pipelines.

1. Concentric All Flanged Taper

  1. Both ends are flanged
  2. Centre line remains straight (symmetrical reduction)
  3. Ideal for maintaining uniform flow and pressure

2. Eccentric All Flanged Taper

  1. Both ends are flanged
  2. One side is flat (offset reduction)
  3. Keeps the invert (bottom level) the same on both sides

Key Features (Both Types):

  1. Made from high-strength Ductile Iron
  2. Available in PN-10, PN-16, PN-25 & PN-40 ratings
  3. Used for reducing or increasing pipe diameter while maintaining rigid flanged connections

Applications:

  1. Pump stations, valve chambers, and treatment plants
  2. Above-ground pipelines
  3. Places where rigid, bolted connections are required

Advantages:

  1. Strong and self-restrained
  2. Easy installation and dismantling
  3. Concentric type for general use; Eccentric type for maintaining flow invert level (prevents air pockets or sediment buildup)
